Our Beers

Joel has worked in Minnesota craft beer industry since 2012, including at Summit Brewing Company in St. Paul, MN. Joel graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Menomonie, Wisconsin, with a degree in food science. He has taken several beer-related education courses from Siebel Institute in Chicago and regularly attends seminars for continuing education in brewing.
